Timeless question. I had a friend in college who celebrated her birthday for a week every time it was a leap year!!

I've known several people born on that date. It seems like they get cheated out of their birthday every four years. However, what they do is celebrate on the 28th of February or the 1st of March. As for my age, I'm old enough to know better, but young enough to still do it. My birthdate is in November.

u can't say "oh i'm 5", but have been alive for 20 years! come on now!!

Once every 4 years, you turn another year old? Just a guess.
