The stores like American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch and Armani Exchange don't often restock all their products. They just get new ones. But American Eagle is the slowest one with it. That is why whenever I have bought something from there, I saw someone else in school with it. So now I shop at the alternatives with better choices.

Every couple of weeks. If you're willing to pay a few extra dollars, go online. You can get the skirt within a few days, and they're always available.
