OMG yes, we have and so has my son. All I can say is DON'T!!!
We had a terrible time with them. With their offers, so many people have wanted to switch to them that they cannot cope. Our broadband was down for two months also our landline. We spent ages and lots of money on our mobile phone to them only to be told that they're sorting it. In the end we got through to the manager (that took a lot of doing, who told us he couldn't say when and that he was just trying to be honest.

One of the problems is that they have no infrastructure, so when things go wrong and break down they rely on BT engineers.

We went back to BT! My son has also had similar problems.

They have been investigated by Watchdog too because of all the hassle. I think they received more complaints on this than anything else.

So in a nutshell, yes we have had an experience with Talk Talk, but it seems that talk talk is all they do.

I have talk talk broadband - the modem doesn't work properly - I have had to borrow one from a friend.

If anyone uses the phone I am kicked off the internet which I thought shouldn't happen!

The phone calls are cheap but our caller display isn't working anymore - they are still trying to fix it - for the last 5 weeks!!!!

what else can I say!!!!!!

i was with onetel for two years and they were fine and talk talk took them over but i have read from time to time some rather adverse comments, but apart from that i know nothing at all except their free broadband seeming to be too good to be true// are you contemplating taking up with them or have you got a complaint, your quest is a little vague
