What is the most powerful graphics card for this computer?

I have a dell diminsion 3100, with a PCI 2.3 port, i think, its the one that goes: "_________ __" . i really need a card for this, so if you know of any card, preferably one that will work with Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, that will work on my computer, i would really appreciate it! thanks!
