Do you think that a drama-filled love is stronger than a normal love?

I have always been in drama-filled relationship and I think I defined love with jealousy and mis-trust. Now that I have trust and no jealousy in my relationship I feel as though I dont care about him.

Is this normal?

YES it's normal, average, common, not a big surprise.
Either by consulting a counselor (school, social services, etc.) or reading a whole lot of material, you need to find out what healthy relationships look like, so you can begin growing into knowing what they feel like. Without understanding and implementing (making that style your own) this new information, you're likely to attract and accept the same kinds of guys, and being faced with repeating those old episodes.
Knowing there is a difference isn't going to assure that you'll be able to manage yourself successfully in a new path.
I love my counseling sessions, it's like freedom in my heart to have an educated, compassionate person shine some lights for me. Best wishes to you.

drama filled love has an excitement perhaps but normal love doesn't or shouldn't have and will last much longer. you just have to find a way now of putting excitment into this relationship that doesn't involve jealousy or mistrust by doing things and going places together.

I think you may be confusing PASSION/ obsession with love.

Drama is passion, new-mate sex is passion, but love is quiet.

Passion is what you have when you first meet, and all you want to do is think about them, be with them- you are obsessed.

Drama is a lot like passion - you think about them all the time, and you NEED to know what they are doing (almost the same thing as being with them)- you are obsessed.

Love is quiet. It happens when you know the person well, and they have lived in your life for a while. They are so close that they might as well BE you.

Passion is all about thinking about the OTHER person- Love is about thinking that you and the other are the SAME person.

normal in the sense that you are just not used to it. just like women who are in abusive relationships, they seem to be drawn to men who abuse them. if it makes you happy to be in a drama filled relationship then go for it, but i think eventually if you stay with someone who you trust you will be thankful for it.
