Cut off the dead flower and let the leaves continue to develop remembering that all plants need light. Water with fertiliser to allow the bulb to develop food stores for next years flowers. Once the weather gets warmer plant out the bulbs in clumps of the same colour in the garden and with luck you should get flowers for many years. Not as big and perfect as the original forced bulb but a welcome and fragrant patch of colour in the spring.

Hyacinths are bulb plants. They should come back up in the spring. You can cut off the dead tops when they are no longer blooming so that the plant will divert its energy into creating a strong bulb. This will help it bloom in the spring.

If you have a yard, you can plant them outside.
It won't bloom again the first year, but after that it will.
If you live in an apartment, you could keep it in your fridge for about 4 months, then bring it out and grow it again.

Dig a hole where you'd like them to come up every year in your beds. I have several that have come from forced bulbs, not all survive but most do.
