Back door as was said already can refer to one on a house that leads to a back yard, it can also mean anal sex but also i hear the terms "find the back door" and it is used in terms of hacking. If the front door is protected extreamly well they will find another way in, which sometimes i hear them call it the back door. either way it means all kinds of things.

Back door was a term used by some 60's bands (Doors for example) that meant "to come and go when no one was looking". As if a guy was going to his mistress's house to get laid, then left out the back door when finished.

The other meaning of back door refers to gay sex (in the behind).
