1. Grammatically correct but with drawl and very heavy accent. (Sometimes hard to follow it.)
2. Pronounce perfectly but grammatically incorrect all the time.

My only problem with accents is that I "catch" them. Then I'm afraid the people I'n speaking with will think I'm making fun of them, but so far that has never happened.

Phoney accents are pretty hard to take. Such as "Scotty" on Start Trek, and G.W.Bush trying to sound like he was raised in Texas instead of Conn.

Worse is #2 because it interferes with the meaning of what the person is trying to say, where as #1 can be hard to understand, but the meaning isn't altered.

I would say the 2nd one. I can't stand it when people speak grammatically incorrect alot.
