If you ask me I think the t.Rex would be very much of hyena is now.

The are more of a scavenger but they would go a kill something if it was not to much work (why wait till the last moment) and yes they could possibly work as a small pack.

no. one scientist has pointed out that it probably ate only carrion, or dead things. his evidence: most carrion eaters have a large olfactory capacity like the T.rex had, most predators have large fore arms to hold their prey, like the T.rex doesn't have. he had others but I've forgotten them. I mean look at the arms that should settle it. so technique they couldn't be either pack hunters or solitary hunters.
ps. why is this question in the mythology section?
I'll give you hyena's are hunters and scavengers, but isn't possible that the T.rex was more like the vulture which is just a scavenger? plus how do you get pass the fact that they still have small arms?
