Sat next to Michael Bolton on a plane; saw Tanya Tucker, the Boston Celtics (in days of Larry Bird) and OJ Simpson at airports (he was taking a cart, not running thru!), Eva Mendes at a cafe in Soho, Bill and Hilary Clinton during his first Prez election, Demi Moore and Val Kilmer in NM. The chick from Third Island from the sun walking down the street.
I've seen others in concerts, plays and musicals but dont think that counts toward what you're looking for.

Bozo the clown at a mall shopping center parking lot...he was terrified of the crowd.
Clarabelle the clown at a Paul Parrot Shoe Store. It was one of the advertizers of the show "Howdy Doody."
Pres Ron Regan at a military airport. He had a lot of make-up on.
Lots of actors and actresses on stage in Boston, San Franciso and London and several famous singers but these were all on stage, not random sitings.
