unfortunately, the belly button, like the color of our eyes, cannot be changed. Some of us have innies and some have outies. It's not life changing and will not make any difference in your child's growth. So, embrace this little outie, and just love who your child is!

Some people say use a sliver dollar and tape it on the belly button. But it might not work if it's going to be a in'E it will go in on it's own. My baby is 5 weeks and hers sticks out too.

Is your baby a skinny baby? Mine is, and her bellybutton also sticks out. My other sons belly button did this, and as he grew and put on weight, it goes in on its own.

Well dont just poke it in again and again! She might have an outie you know! In that case its supposed to be sticking out! However if your one of those parents (kudos if you are) that goes to the doctor after every cough, go ahead and get it checked out! youll feel better!

Nothing. Once the cord falls off, which I assume it has, it will grow to be what it will be. There is nothing you can do to change it. Just leave it alone. Some people have them like that while others are "innies".

It always does that with babies. Wait it out, it will go in unless she's an outtie and that shouldn't matter very much. You get what you get . But most people aren't outties. Your chances for that I think are slim.

you may want to ask the doc. sometimes if it sticks out to far, it may be because of a hernia, other wise sometimes it just takes time for it to heal and eventually it should go in!
