The best one I ever had was when it was me and my new husband went to the Smokey Mountains. The right season Fall The right time we both needed a break from life at home, and just us, and one more thing NO set days on when we had to be back and enough money to do what we wanted to do! GREAT! Well that was 21 years ago now kids, grandkids, bills, so on.

It was kind of a vacation but actually lived there for a year. I lived in Addis Abbaba Ethiopia. I went to school there and so did 200+ other nationalities. It opened me up to the cultures of the world and helped me to see how blessed I am in the states. Just to have a glass of water is a blessing. I learned alot outside the eductaional system that enriched my life soooo much. I did a short story on one of my trips your welcome to check out.

Warsaw, Poland, 1995. October. The Chopin Competition. This was a truly awesome month. I don't think I will ever get an October off like that again until retirement.

Hmmmm. I'd say Spring Break '85. I met my future first wife in Chicago. We met at a bar and ended up having a "Before Sunrise" style night, walking and talking around Chicago.

In the summer when I went to Paris and Germany with my family. It was the funnest vaction. But I also liked oging to disney world.

I went on a cruise to Mexico ! It was on the Monarch of the Seas and It's Royal Carribean Cruises !

Kauai, Hawaii!
It is the most beautiful island I have ever been to, there is TONS to do and it isn't a tourist trap like other islands of Hawaii.
