sex itself would probably be the best excercise for that so get you a kama sutra book and start working out sex also has many other health benefits besides calories loss and flexibility especially if you orgasm regularly

try positions where your either flexing or your stretching muscles, consider being on top and balencing on your legs, or have your partner swing your legs over his shoulders, it will stretch you...i mean your legs

belly dance, build up your core muscles, hip muscles and leg muscles.

remember to stretch out you legs and hips.
