It's easy, you need to stretch and hold a position closest to the splits for as long as you need to until you no longer feel the stretch. Then you stretch further.
Keep doing this until you get to the splits.
Another excercise is you have you back flat against the wall, have a friend lift your leg and push it up until it can't go any further. While they're pushing up, you're resisting and pushing down with your leg.
Hold this for 30 seconds, then have your friend try to raise your leg a little higher. If you can't don't worry about it, relax and try it again another day.
Don't push yourself too hard, it'll take a while to be able to get to the splits, but, slow and steady will win the race.
If you ever feel uncomfortable or wrong then stop the excercise immediately.
It's all just stretches.

Stretch every night, for a good five minutes or so. Push yourself, but not too hard so that you pull something. In about a week or so, you will be doing the splits with hardly any effort! Worked for me!
Also, be sure to keep stretching every day even after you do the splits, otherwise, you will lose flexibility and will have to start over again.

Well, first you stretch out very good.
For the middle one :
Do a straddle, and then pull forward with your arms and go as far as you can. Stay in that position for about 2 minutes every day.
For the right one: Stand with both of you legs spread apart. Slowly start going down and try to push yourself down without straining anything and stay in that position for about 2 minutes also.
PS: If you get out of that position without staying in for 2 minutes, you have to repeat it.
PSS: Don't cheat yourself.
