Only in Metro and in cosmopolitan cities all sorts of facilities are available.Either to live and to live out. No proper healthy measures have been taken or given by the Govt.in the financial budgets. The primary sector of the of the Indian Economic Zone have not given any importance after the Green revolution.Gradually so after the implementation various other scheme and also due to nature's failur to due his work of giving rain at the right moment, the real agricultureist give away the agricultural production and tried to live a modern life with his kith and kins financial help.Rather than to go in with his agricultural production. If the same thing continues for another 10 years are so ,I am afraid the time will come only to have money in hand will be full, but the stomach will be empty.

u raised such a good question.
there are a lot of reasons for this miserable condition.
1. the politicians lost the sense that india is a agriculture based country. though they make statements about reimplementation of green revolution.they are limited to media statements only.
2.the government employees and officials are curious about information technology and not about crores of farmers and their livelyhood and the life standards of farmers.

this way of thinking must be changed otherwise the farmer will remain as small plant in a desert as no one is considering or having a look about the basic requirements of farmers.
government, corporate societies and worldbanks are trying to improve the standards of urban community as these urban communities are filled with their employees.this phenomenon must be changed.

if the governement and governing bodies remain still with out
taking care of farmers the day will sure come everybody will have monet in hands and no one had food grains to sell.
