Are Royal Rumble winners pre-determined? I didn't think they would because would the writers or watever really have had Shawn Michaels win in 95 and 96? Not that I'm ain't goin for him, cause HBK is comin back. can some please tell me? thank you

of course it is pre planned, maybe not down to the detail of exactly who eliminates who and so forth. but things like Kane eliminating 11 people the other year (which was hyped up on SD!) and feud starters (i.e. say KBK eliminates Nitro and for then Nitro starts to side with Rated RKO in matches against HBK and co.)
Of course the Rumble was originally planned with HHH being healthy, and any story points hinging on HHH would now have to be rewritten but as RR is only 6 hours away I'm sure his role has been 'recast' for lack of a better term.

Yes all wrestling matches are pre determined, even pay per views. Wrestlers get together and talk about how they will wrestle to make it look good. Even the referees are involved in how the match is going to go, so they know when to look the other way or get "injured".

yes the winners are pre determined . The wwe wrestlers know what is going to happen in the story line i am guessing now intil nov dec.

It is fake. They pre-determine them. If they didn't, how would they know is going to fight. Most of the time they put good wrestlers with great ones and bad ones with sucky ones.

All pro wrestling matches are predetermined. And the "random drawing" is also predetermined, as evident that EVERY year the tag teams come in at numbers that are close together.
