Well if you don't have any job experience, volunteer in hospitals.
Volunteering increases your chance of getting a job.

It depends on the type of work you want to do. First thing though would be to work on your english!

"I want to do sum work experience"????? If you go to an employer with that statment, you will get work experience pushing a broom or digging ditches.
