Hey I think the best thing to use is your fingers, I would put some on your fingers and dab on your face, after you have done that blend the dabs into your skin in a circular motion, if you have an uneven color or patches of color dab a small amount in the areas that have no foundation and blend in ciruclarly. This works for me because dream matte mousse blends really well!

Use your fingers and apply lightly. In my experience with using this foundation (2 years) a little goes a long way. I've even used it as an effective spot cover up on my neck and shoulders when wearing an open or low cut blouse. Once you have applied the foundation to your entire face, set it with a loose or pressed powder. This helps keep shine off your face and will give you a flawless finish.

with ur fingers.....but the product is also great to use as a concealer which is what i do...jut take a foundation brush and apply on the spots to conceal----works great!

With a clean,damp sponge! Sponges may hold germs too
but they haven't been everywhere like your hands!!!
