Without being arrogant, you must believe yourself to be the best candidate they will see, and prove it to them. Be ready to talk about all your strengths, but also know your weaknesses and how you overcome them. Research the company you are interviewing for and show the interviewers you understand what the company is about by weaving information you learned into your answers. Ask yourself how you stick out and why, and be ready to answer that question. Lose the nerves; this is only a group who will decide if you get hired, not whether you will die or not. Dress slightly better than you would on a normal work day for this company; don't show up in a suit for a construction interview, and don't show up in jeans for an office interview. Sit straight, make eye contact with everyone in the room, use some hand motion, and vary the tone of your voice.
There are many books in libraries about acing interviews, including questions that may be asked. I suggest looking at one.

Sit up straight, Look 'em in the eye, and answer honestly. As a GM that's the first thing I look for, before assessing aptitude.
