is it normal to blast music when you hookup?

me and my boyfriend cant hookup in silence...its too quiet and ill start laughin so we play music...is that weird? do other couples out there do that? oh and the tv doesnt help haah what are other ways to avoid this silence?

Loud music they don't have to talk.
