Can I use EyeToy USB camera from a PlayStation 2 for my computer? Its a hp pavilion mx70 computer.?

has anyone tried to do this before? if so please explain to me how to use it as a webcam for my computer.

You can but you may need to find and download some basic web cam software and drivers in order for it to work as the eye toy camera does not support this facilities or application.
Note the quality will be extremely poor and slow.
