If your wife is not showing her love for you anymore, not having sex with you and is really secretive then chances are she's cheating. If your wife is just being really quiet, maybe not talking to you or anything like that, maybe something is wrong with her and she's waiting for you to ask her. If I were you I would just simply ask her if she's not happy anymore, and if she says "No" then be sincere and ask her if there's something your doing wrong to make her feel that way, and ask if there's something you can do to change her feelings.
