Put a bit of dish-washing liquid on the stain to cut the grease, use old toothbrush to really help it penetrate, then spray with Spray and Wash and launder as usual. Works for me every time.

Prior to washing the item, rub the hand cleaner brand, GOOP into the stain. Let it sit for about 10 minutes and wash as usual.

Take any good detergent and pour it directly on stain. scrub it it by rubbing the stain against itself with both hands. Wash with cold - warm water. This has removed used motor oil from my clothes for years. Do not use tooth paste on colored clothing.

I use a stain remover like Shout, but also run hot water through the spot (if the fabric can take it) before laundering

If you have already washed and dried it then it's permanent. If you haven't yet then try simple green or goop hand cleaner they both work pretty good
