what is qnc call on your outgoing calls on a cell phone? I do not use the web, so what is it?

It is an internet connection for data over CSD. It is used for wireless web but it's also used for picture messaging (MMS) as well so if you've transferred any pictures or sounds it could have used CSD (QNC Call) to transfer the data if 1x or EVDO service was not available or not compatible with your handset.
