i had one depo shot and had a light period on the 10th of jan but i'm getting cramps already. is it normal for my periods to b this irregular, i had unprotected sex too, which i was not covered for from the depo. could i b pregnant or could it b the depo just irregulating my cycle.

Depo does cause some irregularities in you period. Some women will spot continuously on it, while others with never have a period on it.
If you had unprotected sex before you got your depo shot and after you last normal period, then you could be pregnant.
The best way to know is to take a pregnancy test.

Menstrual irregularities are a common side effect of depo. Though a low chance, pregnancy can occur while using depo, but your problem is most likely due to the depo.

it will just be the depo it happened to me when i had my first one and after that i had no periods untill i came of the depo but it works different with everyone

i had this problem but i was on the pill and it made me the same but i came off n after a month or two i was bk to normal and thay are fine now but i would go and see your gp for more advice

yup the best way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test
(don't get embarrassed about it, i used to work at boots and we sold loads every day, no-one will be judgemental)
