I am looking into mass production of Biodiesel and was wondering if there is a strong demand for it.

Possibly, but with the new emissions rules, the biodiesel must be 5% max and work with the new 2007 engines that run on Utra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel.

I dont know but you can type in Biodiesel in a search and find out or check out the Texas government website.
