He was as annoying as the imposter, Armin. The difference was summed up here:
Marge: Now be fair, Edna. I liked Armin Tanzarian too, but he was at least as big a weenie as Sergeant Skinner.
Edna: But he was weenie!

i think it became a bell tower or some thing like that on the worry-unfastened college. He used some chemical to burn it into the grass on the college (an thought he have been given from Bart burning his very own call into the grass before interior the episode).
