Right now the war is at the foremost position in most people's minds. I have a feeling you don't know "most" people in our country, only those in your immediate area. You are not seeing people supporting them, you are seeing a media blitz that you should not allow yourself to be taken in by.

Crime and drug abuse are usually dealt with on a local level by law enforcement agencies. They would be led by your mayor.

It is not fair of you to say that most people in this country are ignorant. If you don't want to vote for Hillary or Obama (who hasn't declared his candidacy yet), then don't vote for them. This is America, you're free to vote for whomever you choose. The catch is, so am I.

I think our country is in such a time of confusion right now that people just don't know what they want. It's not just about politics or Iraq its more than that. People want things to be better but they either don't know how, or are not always willing to do what is necessary to make it happen. I wouldn't vote for Clinton or Obama; but I don't know what Republican I would vote for right now either. The Democrates need a black female to replace H. Clinton and Obama. We need Oprah to run. I would vote for her even though I consider myself Republican.

Because thats not taking our President down at the moment....Promises are easy ...actually standing behind their word and following thru is another....They have flipped so much on whats good for America...they "either one" of them will not get my vote! who needs two faced people in the White House! Also sex or race dosen't affect my decision, their thinking skills do!

What is sad is that people don't really know who and what they are voting for. They punch a ballot, and say, "Done", but they don't know what they have done! I personally don't vote on issues I haven't the slightest clue about, as in judges, and I study up on the issues, and candidate's. I think people ought to be asked one typically known question about the people they vote for, or the issue, and if they don't know it, that vote should not be counted. For pete's sake people! Educate yourselves, or watch your great country DIE!
