If youre talking about a restraining order keeping you so many feet away from your kids, the answer is no only if you can stay away from them. If you cant stay away for whatever reason then it might be safer for you to leave the premises instead of getting into more legal trouble. If I were you, Id find someplace to be other than risking getting arrested or otherwise. Good luck
