SOUTH CAROLINA 16

People 18 or younger can have consensual sex with someone as young as 14.
South Carolina law allows prosecutors to seek the death penalty for people
twice convicted of having consensual sex with a person under 11 years old.

South Carolina states the age of consent for female/male sexual relations is 14 for females and 16 for males, which seems really wierd to me as we as a society usually try to protect the females from sex more then a the males.

Also another interesting thing in this law, it states sexual contact between female/female or male/male does not have a age of consent...

In Canada, it's 14. And I'm glad to see someone so young do their own research like this AND be able to get through all the legal mumbo-jumbo language. I was 20 when I finally started to understand what the hell those things were talking about. lol
