Mine had babies too. They are gorgeous. :)
ok, well, there is very little you will need to do, as mum will do most of the work. you can hold the babies as soon as they are dry (about an hour after birth) mother guinea pigs will usually feed any babies, so you should not worry about her rejecting them because of your scent. they will start to walk at a few hours old, and will begin eating solid food at about 5 hours. They will need to suckle from mum until they are 3 weeks old, then the boys will need to be separated, the girls can stay with mum for as long as you choose.
go to www.cavyspirit.com for a great guide to sexing baby guinea pigs.
if the mum does reject them then you will need to keep them warm (with a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel) and feed them every 3 hours. there is a guide to hand rearing babies on either www.cavyspirit.com or www.guinealynx.com
other than that just make sure you only handle them for 5-10 mins for the first week or two, and try and weigh them daily (kitchen scales will do, as long as they cannot fall out of them)
a little weight loss (up to 10g) is normal after birth, and they should then start putting on 3-5g a day after the 3rd day at least. if not then I would say to take them to a vet, as they are most fragile during the time they are still nursing from mum.

Other than all of this, congratulations, and good luck!!

Separate the males and females at 3 weeks. They can begin mating as earlier as then. Make sure mom and dad are separate too since pregnancy is dangerous for guinea pigs (I had one die after childbirth.)
Babies can begin eating normal food really early. Pigs under 6 months should have alfalfa based products. After six months it should be timothy based.
Hope this little bit helps!

apperantly you should not touch them at a very young age as the mother of them can smother them to death .
