Flash8 ActionScripts?

Question

1. Just please give me samples on how to use ActionScripts in flash 8,
2. and a good site for free clear video tutorials on how to use flash 8 if possible.

This is the 1st time I ever use flash, and it's really driving me crazy .. it's not like adobe at all .. it's not like after effects .. it's like NOTHING .. :'(

for a beginner of flash try to use SWISSmax PRO...

coz, in this software, you don't need to write the action scripts, all you do is to click on the effects...

they are just the same with any flash but is a friendly software for flash...
