Personally I hate buying toilet rolls - you can't hide the multi-packs and if you only buy one people either think you're tight @rsed, in a gastro-hurry or live alone and therefore have no friends.
I do always buy the ones with the small dog on - on the outside chance that people might just think that I'm buying them for a puppy.
What things make you cringe?!

I don't care about buying condoms or toilet rolls (what else am I gonna use?). The missus did send me out to get sanitary towels once but they were 'out of stock'. Strange that, they had loads when she went in herself the day after.

I don't really get embarrassed about buying anything in particular, but their are some products (i.e. feminine hygiene products) when it's a young clerk, because they get rosy cheeked sometimes. Other than that, its really no big deal. Oh, wait, I've had to buy a pregnancy test once and that wasn't very fun. You never know what the cashier is thinking. Just don't buy one at a store you frequent; they'll be checking for a bump in the future.

I seem to have to buy cleaning stuff all at the same time and always think that it makes me look as if I live in a filthy hovel!

Nothing, I'm just glad I have money!! But my mom will not buy her own Fixodent, she makes us get it for her, and she lives in another state!!! We mail it to her LOL She is a nut!
