By acknowledging your own self in person more.

Knowing and realizing that other people have something that you really cannot have until you are coveting what they have and you are not able to put some efforts to have what they have in yourself.

Then you need to try and learn to view everything in this life beyond border and behind the curtain.
You are coveting what other's have, while you really don't know if they are truly happy or not with the things they have that you don't have.
Because -really- the most important thing in life is to be a happy person and a grateful person.....

You have to realize that you don't need the person you are jealous about. You are an individual and you have your life as well as he has his. You have to understand that your partner is only to complete your extension of yourself but not to have to rely on the partner for total happiness. You need to think of yourself as the whole person and enjoy your life as you see fit. Your self esteem needs to be higher and understanding that your partner is also an individual with his certain needs. The best way is to keep fighting the jealousy urges and repress them and to understand that the best relationship is build on trust and love. If you have never had any reason to mistrust your partner or yourself, then there is know need for jealousy. We all have jealous feelings but letting them take over your mind and spirit tell a whole lot of you how you feel about yourself.
