we had an open season on indians, BY OUR GOVERNMENT, i would think they had it worse, and even today, look at how the indians are treated.

Here is a question for you.
Who was worth more, an Indian or a slave?
Answer: A slave. If you killed a slave you were taking money away from the slave owner, because a slave was property. An Indian? Who cares? As of the 1920's, you could legally kill an Indian in Alabama, it may still be on the books.

Well, the Natives had their land TAKEN, and were beaten, killed, kept as slaves, put onto resevations, etc
The Africans were sold by their friends, taken FROM their land, were breaten, killed, kept as slaves, etc.
They're very similar but so different. We hear more about Native reservations and African slavery, but what people don't realize is that Natives were slaves, too. And the Trail of Tears was pretty crappy, too!
I'm mixed with black, white, and native. And to whoever said Germans had it bad--I'm German on my white side, lol. So I get it all around, and I kinda know the deal from every perspective. It BLOWS either way and I don't think one was much better than the other, y'know?

Native americans. They were actually inslaved first, but because they knew the land they kne how to escape. Thats why the colonials went to africa in the first place, because the people there did not know this land and would have a MUCH harder time escaping. So now, inplace of woodland forest areas and sacried lands we have mcdonalds and parking lots.

The N/A's had it way worse.We stole their land,gave them horrible diseases,introduced them to alcohol, then killed off their food supply. The Blacks were given a free cruise on sail boats,Got jobs, were allow more liberties than the "LOCALS". All in all though we treated everyone fairly crappie

Defiantly blacks...and I'm NOT saying that because I am black but because the Native Americans weren't beaten, enslaved, held in shackles, etc.
