okk if you masturbate does it affect your menstrual cycle? I mean, will it come early or something? and also, will it affect anything when it comes time for real sex?

Masturbation does not affect anything, in fact it will help you for when you have real sex, cause you'll know your body and will be able to tell your partner what to do and how... so, do it, but do it carefully, try not to hurt yourself.
