Hello everyone,
I can't quite seem to find it, but I remember I found a government webpage that had a HUUUUUUUUGE index of different jobs and would give information on what it meant to go into that field, what you'd be doing, what requirements you'd need, and the yearly incomes on average. I'd greatly appreciate any help because I know I want to go into the chemical field, but I want to see what sounds of most interest to me.

Thank you,
Benjamin T. Atkerson

It's not a .gov website, but if you explore this site, it should help you. The Veterans Administration uses this one.

I don't know which site you were on, but I posted the official site for federal employment below. There are usually over 20,000 openings listed. You can search for federal jobs in a number of different ways and in every branch of government here. Details of how to apply and how much each job pays are included.
Good luck!
