I don't think you'll get many (if any) responses in here as this isn't a buy/sell board. I'd suggest that you put it up for sale on Craigslist. It's free and it's regional so you will find someone near you who could take it off your hands:

yo man your thing is outdated. everyone needs mp3 player that has at least 10GB memory lol no one'll buy it but the small kids maybe.
