My fiance fainted last night?

My fiance fainted last night?
Early this morning we had sex and then afterward he went to the bathroom, stood in front of the toilet, and started making these weird noises for just a couple of seconds ... "aaaaa, baaaaa, aaaaahhhhh" and then CRASH! He fell hard. I ran in and found him fallen beside the toilet still making sounds "aaaaa, ahhhhh" and he was spaced out. I felt his head it was fine, I was asking what happened and then all of the sudden he came to and he asked me "what just happened" he didnt remember the fall or anything. he chipped his tooth bad too.
I said he fainted but he disagrees, he said he remembered a dream he had while he was out but he never got lightheaded. can you faint and never become lightheaded? He says hes completely feels fine now but I am still worried...anyone had this happen before? what do you think it was?

Yes, I myself have fainted before but never got dizzy.
I went home one late night. My family was on our front porch talking. This is normal in the summer time. I stood there a bit thinking to myself I guess i should goto bed.

I remember Standing there and making the motion to head twards the door. Although my family told me that I didn't move. I just dropped down and fell off the porch.

It hurt pretty bad and I don't remember ANYTHING after I thought to myself I should goto bed until the time where I woke up on the sidewalk.

I was not drunk, high or anything. It was scary.
I went to the hospital because I was extreamly worried. The docter said I was fine and things on that nature happen to people at random.

He could goto the hospital but if there isn't anything as in warning signs of somehting else and he doesn't keep passing out. I wouldn't worry about it much.

This happened to me Over 5 years ago and not since.

Have blood test run for IDE and Vit B-12

I had the same thing with B-12

Just refuse it. If youre worried about him you should do what you think is best for him. Once he slows down or until the audition is over, then you can have sex.
