It just bugs me that they dont have to work as hard in the office. Annoying as heck

Yes... something foreign to a man. They are probably dealing with emotions, and talking and supporting each other. To a man who seem disconnected with their feelings and unable to talk about them, this must sound like annoying squawking birds.

Women like being in groups of other women (when they do, a pleasant hormone is released among them), and women are very verbal. Even if it's irritating to men, it's fun for women, who love talking and love hearing people talk.
