Why did you put this in higher education? If anything, perhaps you were thinking of homework help? But of course, export operations are not really about education, are they, except to the extent that your teacher gave you this assignment, and you simply copied it into the "ask" portion of Yahoo Answers instead of doing your homework.
Had you put it in business and finance, you might have gotten an answer other than this; something on the subject of export operations.
