Finland hands down is the cleanest country in the world. While Singapore has very strict laws around littering, it still does not rank amongst the cleanest countries around the world. Having traveled around the world quite a bit, I'd venture out and say that Singapore is the cleanest country in Asia Pacific.

I'd say Norway or Finland but have heard that Japan is very clean. Singapore is also supposed to be clean but haven't been to those two countries. Scandinavia is very clean.

Bermuda. They iron the sidewalks every day.
It's illegal to spit curse or chew gum.

The "Top" list was surprising to me.
I could understand Finland and the other Scandinavian countries, but Austria is much cleaner than Australia.
The US ranks 11...what are we doing on the list at all?
