Martial Arts is a great sport for toning, and very practical and found almost anywhere, just look for on besides tae kwon do, and really look into how well they train so its not a waste of money. Also, wrestling, and swimming are great full body sports.

swimming tones everything, running really trims fat if your just concerned with just being thin, and low weight-high repition weightlifting is probably the best thing for toning body parts
