Plaid makes a glass paint called perm enamel. You can use that to paint on crystals. I did this with some old chandelier glass crystals to use as ornaments on my christmas tree. They're very pretty.
You can buy the paint in most craft stores.

The name is given in the picture, it's an agate. Agate is a variety of chalcedony, it's basically quartz. Jasper can have a similar appearance, but again, it's basically quartz. I'm probably going to get in trouble for this, but there is no scientific evidence of the metaphysical properties of these crystals. Especially since many gems stones are the same mineral
