MORNING. That's when you're fully rested. Drink a glass of water before and have a good breakfast after and also drink right after. By doing it in the morning you'll have that great endorphin rush that will really help you get through the day at school.

u can choose anytime between the dawn and the evening according to your convenience but remember
1) u shld work out at the same time daily ...dont change ur timings frequently coz it will change the gap between succesive work outs which is nt gud
2) dnt take heavy diet atleast within 1 hr before or after u work out...though i wld suggest dnt take even the lightest food within this span
