It depends on the girl wearing the belly button ring. Belly button rings don't look good on every girl.

Not necessarily. The risk of infection is just a bit elevated though, and if you were my wife, gf or daughter, I'd ask you to remove it temporarily. Why subject a pregnancy to even a slightly elevated risk of complications? Y'can always have it put back after you've recovered from the episiotomy or any other surgical intervention...

it depends on you and the doctor. i never took my belly button ring out and it never bothered me. i have a little itty bitty stretch mark from it but its so small no one ever notices it. my doctor said that i can take it out if i wanted to and if it bothered me. i never got to big so it never bothered me. i have some people amazed at the fact that i had a c-section and i still had the ring in. so if it never bothers you and you don't get to big and your doctor says its okay then by all means its your body and if your think you still look and feel beautiful leave it in.

It is up to you.
My wife left hers in saying she didn't want to remove it. Her belly button was deep enough that she never had a problem. Looked good before she got pregnant and looks good still (our baby was born May 9th '95)

YOur stomach will get hard and protrude and it is a good idea to take out the belly ring.

I took mine out as soon as my belly started getting big. The neat thing is... when my son was born, i was able to put it right back in. The hole didn't heal up!

Are you kidding? That's how we tell when the baby is done...the ring stands up! LOL

Just kidding...

Seriously, it's a personal decision, but if you have a C-section, they will remove it before surgery anyway.

Yes, your skin stretchs a lot and it could effect the piercing and b/c if you have to have an emergency C-Section they will need to take it out anyway
