The following weightings are for for my last three years at uni with the respective percenage mark:
35% = 49 %
10% = 63 %
55% = 51 %

How do I calculate my degree average with the above marks and weightings?

Overall percentage is 100 % (35% + 10% + 55%)
So, just multiply each weighting by percentage mark and divide by 100%
Your degree average
=( 35 * 49 + 10 * 63 + 55 * 51 )/100
= 51.5 %
