Cell phone stores/ licensed outlets are your best bet. They will have the best choices. All new customers are given choices on different phones, and those who are renewing contracts will trade their still relatively new used ones for a brand new toy.

I bumped into this website http://www.inphonic.com/specialoffer.aspx?cid=15376_6050b0edc5f344c7832c9b211fa44642 and says something about buying a cheap phone but you will need to extend your current contract if you go through this dealer.
