Whenever I'm on this computer browsing the internet or whatever, my computer decides to reboot itself, bringing it back to the sign-in screen. This is a TOTAL annoyance and happens every 5 minutes or so! What can I do to stop it? (I have Windows XP.)

My best guess is statics. If the room is carpeted and dry because of the heat from heater, then you can have a loaded static charges in your body. Ground or discharge yourself by touching metal objects; touch PC case before you turn it on. Put a humidifier in the room, it helps, and good for you too.

Make sure that your computer is not overheating. Overheating, faulty power supply and poor ventilation can cause this.
