Your best bet is to do this the old fashion way! Sorry to say, but this is the only way that those pounds are going to fly off. With a healthy diet and excerise, you should see results quickly. I would suggest ... eating breakfast. You must eat breakfast in the morning! You may find it suprising, but by eating breakfast, your body will be able to revamp your metabolism (rembember your body hasn't eaten for about 8 hours and it is in it's "starving" mode) and burn off more calories throughout the day. Also, by eating SMALL meals more times throughout the day, you can keep your energy high, and in turn, have more energy to excerise. You should eat about 4 small meals throughout the day, instead of 3 large ones and its fine to include a snack throughout the day also. Just make sure all your meal choices are healthy. Another option is to subscribe to e-diets.com. This way you'll know your choices are healthy. This really has helped alot of people and i have heard only great things about it. Another option is to buy Lean Cusine meals. Unlike most frozen dinners, these ones really are good for you. By eating off smaller plates, you limit your portion intake! I usually save these small Lean Cusine plates and use them for dinner plates nightly. They help keep my portions small and to the eye yet, I think im really eating more. And for the excerise part, you can either subscribe to a gym, and hire a personal trainer, or you can just go to the gym about 5 days a week. I know this sounds like alot, but this will really help. If you don't want to spend all that money on a gym membership, you can rent some workout tapes from the video-store, or buy some, and use those about 5 times a week. You can also get active without even knowing it by playing outside with your kids (assuming you have kids?). This can make it more fun for you to get those excerise hours in and without even knowing it! Finally, when excerising, don't keep thinking, How long until im done with this workout?! Try to make it fun for yourself. Bring along some music in either an ipod or walkman and soon you'll find yourself jogging even faster because your jogging to the beat of the music! Stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime. Increase your amount of physical exercise. Stay away from basic junk and sugar. Keep a food diary so that you don't delude yourself that you are eating less than you really are.

by exercising and dieting, cut out carbs and fats.. if you dislike sports, then walk, walk a lot.. also very important to remember, NEVER go on a crush diet, the weight will come back as quickly as you lost it.. loose it slowly but surely. good luck

Refrain from indulging in what caused the weight gain, whatever it may be. I would say xercise and eat right to reverse it... the cliché cure.

dont eat anything but drink water, will, u ned at least lke 8-10 glasses of water everyday, so ya. do work outs in gyms. if u want to lose weight like FAST, then take pills, weight loss pills. they are for wale in war-mart, and drugmarts.

exercise, eat less portions, 3-5 small servings a day. You can eat as much fruit and salad (with nothing on it) as you want because that has no fat.
